Below are the major changes of the released versions and links to more detailed release notes.
Alpha
This is the second 0.4.8.x alpha which contains several minor bugfixes mostly on Conflux and congestion control. One major bugfix on onion service L2 vanguard which has also been backported to 0.4.7.x series.
We do expect to be the last alpha before our release candidate that we hope to get out by end of month. The first 0.4.8.x stable should follow around mid-August.
