Was a little shocked today to see all of our relays marked with the BadExit flag:

What can we do to resolve this?

have the relays always been in a family and your contact details were set all the time?
What kind of DNS settings do you have, maybe the DNS you have is blocking some websites?
You can consult Criteria for rejecting bad relays · Wiki · The Tor Project / Network Health / Team · GitLab for other possible reasons.
Afterwards you should write an email to bad-relays@lists.torproject.org to clarify the situation.

I have successfully emailed the bad-relays mailing list.
Hi!
These relays have had their contact info and MyFamily set the whole time. The DNS is set to the default VPS settings of the service providers.
I’ve reviewed the criteria and cannot find any possible reason for the BadExit flag on my end.
I’ll send an email to the mailing list.
