Visiting some websites results in suspiciously high CPU usage and/or crash, sometimes followed by high amount of upload traffic, such as when the browser next connects to the Tor network. A crowdsourced identification of such domains would be another option for the user based on their threat model, to be able to quantify a risk associated with loading the page beforehand. A website issue could be reproduced on a client or server side given some details such as the software, hardware, and network connection used. Thoughts?
