Add ability to add a proxy after the exit node for accessing websites that block exit nodes.

Warn users that this potentially decreases anonymity that Tor provides.

You can just go to a web proxy site such as ProxySite and it doesn’t decrease anonymity as its still HTTPS and still over Tor. If anything it can improve anonymity by creating a HTTPS tunnel between the site and exit node for websites which don’t have HTTPS security, it also hides the fact you visited via Tor too.

Not unless you have an adversary that controls both the proxy and the destination.

A global passive adversary can see all countries internet traffic so control of proxy isn’t really needed and if a proxy was spying along with the websites you visit then they still have to go through Tor network to find you, which is difficult for even the biggest guys. Most of the time they depend upon people making mistakes to expose themselves.
