Hello, everyone and especially Tor Project team! Recently I requested bridges from official Telegram bot (checked its address and it had blue mark so - yes, it was official). It provided me 4 bridges. I checked them on Tor metrics web site and all of them had “not recommended” flags, saying that these bridges use Tor versions that may contain known issues and are not recommended to use. WT..??? If few of them had this flag this could be considered a coincidence, but ALL of them… And this is not the first time I have noticed things like this. It happened that the official website provided bridges with such flags too. Why you provide bridges with such flags? Is there any specific idea behind this? Explain THIS. And is it safe to use such bridges, since you personally provide them???

If you hover over the ‘not recommended’ flag at the Tor metrics page, you will see that it’s because of the Tor version. The flag is working like that right now because the Tor devs want relay/bridge operators and clients to update to the latest Tor version.
