URGENT: Ticket #[365227] stuck for 13 days - Possible spam filter issue?

Hi Tor Support Team,

I am writing to follow up on a critical issue.

**Background:**

  • I submitted a support ticket to you 13 days ago using my primary Tuta account.
  • Ticket Number: #[365227]
  • Issue: Orbot disconnected, bridges blocked, cannot use Telegram.
  • I sent a follow-up email yesterday. **Still ZERO response.**

**Suspicion:**
I believe my primary ticket may have been **accidentally filtered into spam/junk** or stuck in the queue.

**Proof:**

  • I created a secondary Tuta account (same email provider).
  • Sent the exact same request yesterday.
  • Received an **instant auto-reply** with working bridges.
  • This proves my email provider (Tuta) and the sending channel are working fine.

**Request:**

  1. Please check if Ticket #[365227] exists in your system.
  2. If it does, please **reactivate it** and respond.
  3. If it doesn’t, please investigate why it was lost.

**Current Status:**
I have resolved my issue temporarily using the secondary account’s bridges.
But I need Ticket #[365227] to be properly handled for future reference.

Thank you for your time and hard work. I appreciate Tor and want to help improve your support system.

Best regards,
[ling]

Hi Tor Community,

I’d like to share my experience and get some advice.

**Situation:**

  • Submitted a ticket to `frontdesk@torproject.org` 13 days ago
  • Ticket #[365227]
  • Issue: Orbot disconnected, bridges blocked
  • Followed up once, still no response

**What worked:**

  • Created a secondary account
  • Got auto-reply with working bridges
  • Used those bridges on my main account
  • Orbot is now connected :white_check_mark:

**Questions for the community:**

  1. Is this normal for ticket response times?
  2. Should I expect a reply eventually?
  3. Any tips for users in censored regions?

**Note:** I’m still using Tor and appreciate the project. Just wanted to share feedback for improvement.

Thanks!
