Unable to login to the Forum from a Tor IP

I waited about half an hour, pressed “Log In” again and here I am.
What is the use of accepting tor exit-nodes which are restricted by everything even the Torproject itself ?

Yeah I’ve had that. I just clicked to get a new circuit and logged in from another IP. You probably got an IP which was on a list for its abusive behavior on the internet.

Shouldn’t tor-net remove such nodes from itself ? Tor creates a net of nodes which are restricted by the Tor itself. What is the use of those nodes then ? Why Tor lets them to exist ? To show everybody how much disfunctional it is ?

Yes, I can. The matter of fact the question is not about my inability to log in here (here I am) but about dysfunctional nodes in the tor-net. They are broken so much that even torproject itself declines them. Who else would like to use them ? Will tor-users be happy to get such nodes ? Does anybody care ?
