Hello.
I operate two relays with Maxko, one of which is an exit (in ZA). I've
conversed with the owner on a number of occasions. He's quite friendly
and is experienced with Tor exits. He won't even forward abuse reports,
he just ignores them (or answers them himself). You can certainly ask
in a pre-sales ticket if you're concerned, but he told me (on a forum
called LowEndTalk) that exits are fine in Serbia.
I don't think you'll have any problems with him or his Serbia location.
