In times when many Internet providers are switching to CGNAT or selling IPv6-only access, why can’t a Tor relay still be IPv6-only for these purposes?

Or is there now a way to contribute to the Tor network without having to rent a V-Server somewhere?

IPv6-only is likely never coming to c-tor, it will be most likely added to Arti, the successor project.
