[tor-relays] deb.torproject.org-keyring package missing in Ubuntu 26.04 (resolute) repo

Hi,

according to

users should perform:
apt install tor deb.torproject.org-keyring

but
https://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/dists/resolute/main/binary-amd64/Packages

unlike
https://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/dists/noble/main/binary-amd64/Packages

the resolute repo does not contain the deb.torproject.org-keyring package.

That sounds odd. If you use the Ubuntu repo, a keyring from Ubuntu already exists.
If you use the TOR repo, you need to import a keyring, so apt trusts the repo. Such a package might (haven't checked) exist there to automatically update the keyring.
