- Step by step of how you got to the issue, so we can reproduce it (e.g. I opened the browser, typed a url, clicked on (i) icon, then my browser crashed)

Operating System: Windows 10 - Home Edition (Version 22H2 - OS Build 19045.4894)
Tor Browser Version: 15.0.9 (based on Mozilla Firefox 140.9.1esr)
Tor Browser Security Level: Standard
Issue: I opened the Tor Browser, typed a URL, surfed through the URL, watched a video until I got a Tor Network block, closed the Tor Browser, reopened the Tor Browser, and noticed the Tor Launcher message saying that the Tor Browser exited during startup. Also, it might be due to an error in my torrc file, which works fine, a bug in the Tor Browser or another program on my computer, which I assume that it has to be a bug, or faulty hardware, which is not. Until I fix the underlying problem and restart the Tor Browser, the Tor Browser will not start. Even if I did restart the Tor Browser, it did not work.

Quick Update: It turns out that an incorrect pattern of codes for the torrc file such as “EntryNodes {countrycode} StrictNodes 1” and “ExitNodes {countrycode},{countrycode},{countrycode} StrictNodes 1” makes the Tor Browser unusable. Also, I enabled the “Use Bridges” option to get bridges to connect to the Tor Network, which creates an error, even though I never intend to use bridges, so I disabled the “Use Bridges” option to keep the Tor Network working.
