The European Union started a public consultation initiative to gather feedback from members in the open-source community regarding the future of open-source.
While The Tor Project is based in the US, it has a lot of contributors from the EU and impact in the EU. E.g Inkscape (also US) already replied to the initiative.
Maybe we can start a discussion in the Tor community for a formal reply?
