# Temporary maintenance affecting Tor user support channels

Since Tuesday, October 6th, our support channels have been undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Telegram, Signal, and WhatsApp are currently unavailable.
In the meantime, please email [frontdesk@torproject.org](mailto:frontdesk@torproject.org) with support questions, or post them here on the forum.
We’ll post an update when the channels are back online and work through the backlog.
