Successful Connection to Mexico but keeps timing out

Hi all, I’m attempting to access Tor through Mexico on a Mac OS Venura, Tor 12.0.7, Standard Security Level. I modified the torrc file to reflect

EntryNodes {mx} StrictNodes 1
ExitNodes {mx) StrictNodes 1

I use to be able to connect through Mexico successfully, however as of late may and June I have not been able to. I would appreciate any input on how I can do this. When I initiate Tor it is able to successfully connect, but when I attempt to search, I either get timed out or received a HTTPS Security Error: I selected to proceed with HTTP but without success.

I performed a relay search and noticed there are relays present, so I am not sure why I can’t connect. Relay Search

Any help would be appreciated. Here is a copy of the Log.

Unfortunately, there are currently no Tor exit nodes located in Mexico, so your tor can’t create a circuit ( Failed to choose an exit server) because it couldn’t find an exit node in MX. Maybe these relays existed some time ago, but were removed recently in the last EOL purge.

Please remove these torrc options and you’ll be able to connect again:

EntryNodes {mx} StrictNodes 1
ExitNodes {mx) StrictNodes 1
