Receive guard flags and reduce traffic

I’m running a tor relay that averages 40Mbps but about 4 days ago I got a guard flag and the traffic dropped about 10%(4Mbps). There was no error message or anything. I wonder why this happens .It’s been about 2 months since I created this relay .

i think its not normal .
I don’t know why, but all relays in my neighboring countries have reduced traffic in the last few days. this is interesting
