Traditional letterboxing is setting resolution as an integer multiple of 100.
However, considering that there are very few types of physical resolution values, when going to full screen, even if it is set to an integer multiple, the value can still be guessed.
So I suggest setting it to 1920*1080, and then scaling the box at different size.
