How to block certain countries from being in my guard nodes or relays

Hi

I live in europe so i want to avoid connecting to us relays and guard nodes, can someone help me block them

There is a file called torrc which can be edited. You can put this line into it to exclude US.
ExcludeNodes {us}

You state that you want this because you are in EU. This kinda implies that it is because of distance. Would you not also want to exclude ca, mx and countries in South America also.

I think there is another reason.
