How does a brand new relay get GUARD flag in 36 hours?

I saw this warning in my log today (04.08.26) time is UTC:

10:49:59 [WARN] Guard SODrelay ($AC633C90E126E0BCA96F14ECE5D222B586FA0D56) is failing a very large amount of circuits. Most likely this means the Tor network is overloaded, but it
could also mean an attack against you or potentially the guard itself. Success counts are 94/188. Use counts are 97/99. 170 circuits completed, 1 were unusable, 76 collapsed,
and 6 timed out. For reference, your timeout cutoff is 60 seconds.

So I looked up the relay (clearnet) It has a first-seen less than 36 hours before this log message.

I’m curious how a new relays get bandwidth tests from all six bwauths and achieves guard in less than 36 hours.

Hi

Looking at metrics shows the relay is not brand new. It seems existing since at least 5 years as a guard.

The first_seen entry might be reason. Maybe this will fix it in some days?

Btw the relay seems on 4.8.10, which is kinda old

Cheers
