Do you recommend also changing the port numbers when changing the IP address? I’m finding my bridge quickly blocked when I change my IP, but wondering if also changing ports may help?

I don’t have the technical insight to know the modus operandi of censors but it’s potentially possible they might block based on common IP ranges, perhaps from well-known hosting providers or based on previous successful attempts at blocking certain IP addresses.
