I searched “freepbx” and I understood that it is a phone application.because some applications like this uses the **UDP** protocol,please note that the _tor_ network only support **TCP**.

These two really don’t fit together. Tails is an amnesic live OS designed to forget everything on shutdown and route through Tor, while FreePBX is a full phone-system server meant to run persistently on dedicated hardware or a VM. You can’t meaningfully install a persistent PBX server on Tails. What are you actually trying to achieve? If it’s private VoIP, a self-hosted FreePBX on a separate box or VPS is the way, and Tails isn’t the right base for it.
