Hello there,

does anybody have experiences with [pfcloud.io](http://pfcloud.io) (german, locations among others in slovenia) , host.it (italian) or [seflow.net](http://seflow.net) (italian) in regards of non-exit relays? They are not listed in the good/bad ISPs list.

Any other recommendations for ISPs in the EU (not in germany and netherlands, they’re very saturated already)?
My wishlist:

- 1-2GB RAM per core
- unmetered
- bandwith ≥ 1 Gb/s
- 8 GB RAM plan \< 15 € / month

Thanks in advance!

If its not on the list probably not. Its good to use more exotic hosters to prevent concentration on some providers/AS. Give them a try. For 15€ the risk should be rather low. Worst case would be that they cancel your plan and do not return the money.
