Exclude Relays or make sure all Relays are not from the same country

Many times I find that all 3 tor nodes are in Germany. As Germany has currently extreme censorship laws, with people being raided in the middle of the night, thrown in jail or given enormous fines for what they post online I find this quite worrying. There are some recent articles exposing the extraordinary lengths and money the German gov will goto to enforce this censorship and I have no doubt that that includes trying to run many tor nodes. My question is, is it possible anywhere to exclude all German Relays? or at the very least make sure that all 3 relays are not in the same country?

For example: The Censorship Industrial Complex's Power Grip in Germany

To exclude nodes for Germany (ISO 3166 country code “DE”), you can add the following to Tor’s “torrc”:

ExcludeNodes {DE}

Following the change to “torrc”, restart Tor.

Thank you very much,
I hope that tor would have the option to stop all 3 relays from being in the same country too, not just Germany, but I am sure that would be worrying for other people in other countries too. You are trying to evade your countries censorship laws only to see that all 3 hops are in your country!!!
