I got the following errors when following the steps from the [Enabling Tor Package Repository in Debian guide](https://support.torproject.org/apt/tor-deb-repo/). How can I fix this? Also, is IP 204.8.99.144 443 temporarily or permanently down? If Tor no longer hosts it, perhaps remove it from the guide. Is this the actual output? You need to replace `` according to the instructions that you linked. ---
