GTK is a widget toolkit for creating GUIs for Linux desktop applications (especially GNOME).
These messanges mean cosmetic things (Labels, buttons, windows, nothing related to the actual functionality of programs) in the program has some problems, but the problems were not enough to warrant an error (it’s Gtk-WARNING after all 
), so if you didn’t found serious glitching on the user interface, you can safely ignore these messages.
