Hello,

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to change the lid switch behavior for my laptop in Tails OS. I’m not seeing an option in settings and when I try to modify the logind.conf file for the #HandleLidSwitch parameters using the “sudo nano /etc/systemd/logind.conf” command and subsequently restart the service using the “sudo systemctl restart systemd-logind” command, it renders Tails unusable as there is no way to navigate to anything.

Is it possible to have TailsOS ignore closing the lid if not docked?

Thanks in advance.
