You can try to isolate the problem by using different browser in combination with already installed Tor (by setting SOCKS proxy to 127.0.0.1:9150). If problem persists, then try not only different browser, but also different installation of Tor (“Expert Bundle” [topic]).
From what I see in logs, problem may be not on your side, but with Tor Browser or ‘dktoke’ bridge. Sadly, it looks like developers rarely visit this forum, which makes it not much useful for solving non-trivial problems
