# Changes

Below are the major changes of the released versions and links to more detailed release notes.

## Alpha

This is the second alpha of the **0.4.9.x** series which has a series of major and minor bugfixes.

It also includes a new major feature called [happy families](https://spec.torproject.org/proposals/321-happy-families.html), which significantly reduces the size of our network documents and eases the process of configuring multiple relays for a single operator.

If you’re a relay operator upgrading to this version, please set up the Happy Families feature to help us test it out! 🙂
