I don’t have your answer but maybe you could clarify this for someone who may have a clue.
The account email is hotmail\gmail and it is a new email every time. Even though I place an order and do not use the same credit details, not the address.
My interpretation of this statement is that you DO use the same address. (double negative not…not). I can only read what I see. I must be wrong because it is then really too obvious.
The other question I have is why would AliExpress cancel any order if the credit info is valid. They are there to sell, sell, sell. If the credit info is being accepted then they can ship to anywhere in the world. Why would they care that it is you again over Tor coming from a different country and using a different credit ID. They are there to sell, sell, sell.
So what type of credit info do you use and what type of shipping address do you use?
I’m excluding all the tariff nonsense going on now.

I forgot to mention that we all have the same user agent, assuming a vanilla Tor browser, so that’s not it.
