Ok, so it is lyrebird which should be rebuilt then.
I explained how to create compatible Go binary:

New Release: Tor Browser 13.0.8 (Desktop)

I can say how I made these binaries: I just built Go 1.21.13 compiler with 9e43850a3298a9b8b1162ba0033d4c53f8637571 commit reverted Then proceeded as usual. Making such process in automatic way is not what I know how to do.
